The “Customer Care Center” at Ahmedabad caters to the technical service related needs of customers and also is engaged in the application research so as to develop and provide solutions to the customers. The center is equipped with a pilot plant. The emphasis has always been on “Customer First” approach.
We not only provide technical services for troubleshooting but also undertake assignments to offer total – solutions related to coloration of textiles. The technical team keeps itself abreast with the latest development in the industry & requirements of customers and offers technical solutions accordingly. The team has competence to develop & establish Lab – to – Lab, Lab – to – Bulk & Bulk – to – Bulk shade recipes in conventional machines and on state – of – the – art plant as well.
