CAMEX PIGMENT EMULSIONS IN PRINTING   CAMEX PIGMENT EMULSIONS are Dispersed Organic Pigments for printing on Cotton. Viscose, Nylon. Polyester, Fabrics and their blends. CAMEX Pigment Emulsions are processed with advanced technology to achieve excellent brilliancy and fastness properties due to micron size of 0.2 Mue dispertion. CAMAICRO CLN Pigment Binder alongwith Pigment Emulsion give high degree of fastness and brilliant shades. These can also be inter-mixed to get different desired shades.   RICIPE : PREPARATION OF PRINT PASTE   (a) CAMEX Pigment Emultion 4 Parts   Binder (Camaicro CLN) 10 Parts   Water 10 Parts   Urea 3 Parts   Catalyst (D.A.P.) 1:1 Solution 3 Parts   Mineral Turpentine Oil (M.T.O.) 70 Parts     100 Parts   (b) CAMEX Pigment Emultion 4 Parts   Binder (Camaicro CLN) 10 Parts   Water 80 Parts   Synthetic Thickeners 4 Parts   Liquer Amania 2 Parts     100 Parts   METHOD OF PREPARATION :   With Kerosene or Mineral Turpentine Oil or Synthetic Thickeners: Take Binder (Camaicro CLN) as per ricipe. Mix water, Urea and M.T.O. or Synthetic Thickeners under High Speed Stirrer slowly to get stable Emulsion. Then add Camex Pigment Emulsions as per requirement and Catalyst at the time of  printing.   The printed fabrics are dried on drying cylinder and polymerised at 150°C for 3 to 5 minutes. If polymerised at 110°C in printing ricipe catalyst is to be substituted by Catalyst  L.C.P.   The fastness properties mostly depend upon the quality of Binders used. We recommend the ratio of 1:3 between Camex Pigment Emulsion and good quality Printing Binder (Camaicro  CLN).   CAMAICRO CLN (Printing Binder)   Contains sufficient amount of Emulsifier and anti-chalking agents. Produces stable Emulsion Printing paste. The film of Binder is transparent and soft.
